Hi I’m Sara, a creative guide and homeopath...
I created Speak Your Truth because I wanted to help introspective women like me, who are interested in homeopathy, creativity and wellbeing, find a guide to navigate their inner compass.
My journey that culminated in the creation of this course started when I discovered the transformative power of homeopathy. It helped me connect with my inner being and gave me the courage to express myself authentically in the world. I knew that other women could benefit from this as well, but I also knew that many felt overwhelmed and confused by the process. That's why I decided to create Speak Your Truth.
My goal was to create a platform where women could learn more about homeopathy and how it can be used to transform their lives. I wanted to empower them to tap into their own inner resources and find their own path towards wellbeing and self-expression. And I wanted to provide the support and guidance they needed along the way.

+ How do I access the online course?
After purchase, you'll receive a PDF with access instructions. You'll have a password to access our private classroom.
+ Do I have to be an artist or know how to paint or draw to join this class?
Absolutely not. I believe we are all artists at heart. Remember most of us learned how to draw before we learned how to write as children. I will walk you through the painting process step by step. You will create your very own unique mixed media painting by the end of this course which will hold special meaning for you.
+ How much time will this course need?
This is a self-paced course, so you can go through the material in whatever way works for you! There are 12 modules in this class. It is designed to take up to 6 weeks to give it its full due. It all depends how fast or slow you want to work through it. This course invites you to take time out for yourself. You need to slow down to embark on your self-reflection journey inwards. I would encourage you to give yourself up to 90 minutes per day for this process.
+ How long will I have access to this course?
Once you purchase the course it is yours for a lifetime so you can work at your own pace.
+ What materials do I need for this course?
I provide a full list of art supplies however there is no to go out and buy a lot of art supplies for this course. I encourage you to scavenge around your home and find what art materials you already have.
+ What medium will be using in this mixed media class?
I will be using mostly acrylic paints and India inks in this class as I find it’s easier to create mixed media pieces with these materials.
+ Can I use oil paints instead?
Of course! You can use any materials you prefer. However, I find it easier to create mixed media pieces using acrylic paint.
+ Do I have to be a homeopath to sign up for this class?
No. This class is designed to help you tune into your heart to discover your truth and your purpose. I will share with you what I have discovered through many years of study, practice reflection and introspection. This course is for anyone who loves the natural world. It is for those curious, willing and eager to look at their lives through the lens of a variety of homeopathic remedies sourced from nature. This could suit homeopaths, and it could suit anyone interested in learning about this holistic modality just as well.
+ What is the connection between homeopathy & mixed media art in this course?
This course emerged as a result of my multi-disciplinary background as an artist and homeopath. Find out how my homeopathy journey rekindled my creativity.
+ Can I access the course via phone or iPad?
Yes!
+ Can I download the videos?
No but you have lifetime access to them so you can watch them as many times as you please!
+ Can I sell the painting I create in this class?
I commend you for your entrepreneurial spirit! While I encourage you to find your unique creative voice, the issue of integrity arises here. It is natural and assumed that your artwork may look a lot like mine as you are learning my way of approaching this painting. That is perfectly fine for study purposes. However, art entails finding our own unique creative voice and style. This takes time and practice. It is therefore not permissible to sell your artwork by copying my style.
+ Are the materials safe?
I tend to get my hands messy with paint, gel medium etc. However, the materials can be hazardous if not used properly. I urge you to read the safety instructions on any art supplies you decide to use before diving into your creative practice, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I do sometimes wear gloves while painting and apply a thick barrier cream before I begin as I find the paint tends to dry my skin.
+ How much space do I need in my home for painting?
All you need is some space on your desk or kitchen table. We will be working on small canvases in this course.
+ I’ve never ever painted can I still join this class?
Of course you can! This class walks you through the painting process step by step. It is suitable for beginners and more experienced artists alike.
+ I’ve never taken an online class before. Can you tell me how this works?
This is a self-paced class so you can dive into the course material at your own pace at whatever time suits you.
+ Can I contact other members also taking this course?
Yes. You will have access to the private Facebook Group where you can connect and share your experiences as well as your artwork with like-minded souls. This platform will remain open indefinitely (as long as Facebook is still up and running!)
+ Can I ask questions directly to Sara?
Sara will not be able to answer every question directed to her but will do her best to check into the private Facebook Group twice monthly. However, the Facebook forum is a wonderful place to ask and receive feedback from fellow students.

+ Do I need a high speed internet connection to view the course videos?
Yes. The videos in fact are a significant learning aspect in this course. We are not able to provide alternative viewing options for customers with slow internet connections. Moreover, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds if you are having problems watching the videos due to your slow internet connection. So please make sure your internet connections are up to speed before purchasing this course.
